The price, and what it includes
The reference rate is around €320 a night (3,500 MAD) for the whole apartment, taxes included. The calendar on the homepage shows the exact price for each night and the dates already booked: the total appears as soon as you choose your dates.
The price covers the entire apartment for up to seven guests: three bedrooms, three bathrooms, equipped kitchen, air conditioning, WiFi and on-site parking. No platform commission is added when booking here.
When to come: seasons and availability
July and August are the busiest months, with the marina lively every evening: request your dates several weeks in advance. June and September offer the same sea, a calmer beach and greater availability. School holidays and Moroccan festivals also get booked early.
How a direct request works
Choose your dates on the calendar, indicate the number of guests, your name and a way to reach you (WhatsApp or email), then send the request. The owner replies quickly to confirm availability and the exact price.
You can also ask questions in the site’s chat, which forwards them directly to the host. Nothing is committed until you have spoken with them.

What is confirmed with the owner
No payment is taken through this site. Payment terms, any deposit, the minimum stay depending on the period, and check-in and check-out times are all set out during this exchange, before you commit to anything. You therefore know exactly what to expect before confirming.
After confirmation
The precise address, the meeting point at the residence entrance and parking directions are sent once the stay is confirmed. The residence is secure with controlled access; let us know if your arrival time changes.

- Not for the beach, the marina or the restaurants in the complex. A car is useful for M’diq, Tétouan or Chefchaouen.
