Personal data

Data collected: when you send a request we receive your first name, last name, email, phone number, number of guests, dates and message. If you use the assistant, the conversation is stored with a technical session identifier kept in your browser (local storage, no cookie).

Purpose: to answer your request and organise your stay. No marketing, no resale of data, no audience measurement tool or advertising tracker on this site.

Providers: the site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (S3 and CloudFront); the database and the assistant run on an OVH server; assistant messages are processed by Anthropic’s Claude model through Amazon Bedrock (Europe region); requests are forwarded to the host via Telegram.

Retention: assistant conversations 90 days, booking requests 24 months, then automatic deletion.

Your rights: access, correction and deletion of your data on request through the site’s form or assistant. Data controller: the apartment’s owner, a private host.
